Fitment, quality and paperwork
What we need from you, what we check before dispatch, and what travels with the order. No promises about vehicles we have not checked.
01
What to send us
The quickest quote comes from a list, not a conversation. Any of these is enough to start:
- The OE number from the original part
- An aftermarket reference from a catalogue
- Vehicle details: make, model, year and engine code
- A clear photo of the label or the old part
- Quantities and the delivery country

02
OE numbers and aftermarket numbers
An OE number is the reference the vehicle manufacturer uses for a part. An aftermarket number is the catalogue reference from a parts supplier. The two systems describe the same fitment from different sides.
When a label is unreadable, send the vehicle details instead. The engine code is often the difference between two otherwise identical-looking parts.
03
What gets checked before dispatch
Reference
Part number against the order line, including superseded references where the supplier has published them.
Condition
Visual check of the unit, its connectors and its packaging before it is packed for export.
Quantity and packing
Count against the packing list, then cartons are layered so the pallet stays square in transit.
04
Documents and freight
A commercial invoice and a packing list travel with every trade order. HS codes are added where the goods and destination require them, so the shipment can be cleared without a second exchange.
Freight is quoted with the order: road for pallets moving within the EU, sea for larger consolidated shipments, air when the deadline is tight.

05
Packing a mixed pallet
Heavy items go to the base, cartons are stacked to the pallet footprint, and fragile parts — sensors, lighting, mirrors — are separated with foam rather than dropped into gaps.
If a line cannot travel safely with the rest, we say so before the order is confirmed rather than ship it and hope.
Questions
Before you ask
The answers below are the ones the export desk gives most often. If a commercial condition is not here, it is because it depends on the order.
Which parts do you supply?
How do I confirm that a part fits?
Do you supply mixed orders?
How are prices quoted?
Which export documents come with an order?
Do you supply samples?
How long does dispatch take?
How do we start working together?
